Shipping is 100% anonymous and there’s nothing on it that has anything to do with Pepschep. You’ll receive an envelope with your address on it, and inside the envelope is your product. No invoice, promotional material, or anything else. See the example package below so you can be 100% sure there’s nothing on it that says “Pepschep.”

You can also have your order shipped to a DHL pickup location! You can do this during checkout. Simply select your preferred DHL location and proceed to checkout. We’ll then ship it directly to you via DHL Track & Trace. For orders under €35, shipping costs €4; for orders over €35, shipping is free. It actually costs more, but we split the cost with our customers 🙂

You may return your products within 14 days, provided they are unused. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
